1. Do I need any web design skills to use omTools?

NO - absolutely no experience necessary. If you can use a word processor, you can use omTools!

2. Can you build the site for me and then let me edit it?

Yes, check out the "omBuild" option in the pricing and packages section. You choose the design - or let us choose it - and we’ll build it for you!

Many busy business/managers owners choose this options to get their site up ASAP. When the site is complete we give you the "keys" to keep your site up-to-date.

3. Will you be adding more designs to omTools?

Yes! We plan to add new designs every quarter! Check back often, since you may change your web site to a NEW design at ANY TIME! Your content will remain the same - your web site just gets a fresh new look!

FYI: We also offer custom designs!!!
You can use the power of omTools with your own unique design. Prices start @ 1,500 plus package price. Contact us for details.

4. Is there a monthly charge to use omTools?

Yes. Hosting is required to use omTools since it is housed on our server. This allows you to have 24-7 access into your web site any time, any place! The cost is outlined below:

5. What if I require changes or updates to my website?

Great! That is what omTools is for! It allows the website owner or developer to amend existing content, create new content, sections and pages, from any computer connected to the Internet, at any time, from anywhere - no experience necessary.

7. What kind of computer do I need to run omTools?

Any computer with an Internet connection can control an omTools powered Web Site. To use our toolbar you must use Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer. This is currently a windows only feature.

Note: Mac users can use omTools they just can't take advantage of the toolbar until new web browser are released.

All site designs are optimized for browser version 4 and above.

8. How much does omTools cost?

omTools is very affordable! Packages begin at $300 for a 7pg selfBuild web site! The monthly hosting cost is $35 (or $45 if you choose to use omShop - our online Shopping Cart). Hosting includes eMail, web space, unlimited online support + MORE. Check out our pricing page for more information.

With every omTools web site, you get unlimited online support, which is also included in your FREE Demo. Our support technicians are waiting to assist you with your questions. Also, in Edit Mode, there is a “Help” box you may use to access our Knowledge Base and Help Desk. There is no question too big or too small - we’ll make sure your questions are answered!
