The Cowlitz-Wahkiakum Volunteer Center/RSVP matches individuals with volunteer opportunities in over 160 nonprofit, private, and public organizations where people can make a positive impact in their communities.
 
We can help you find volunteer opportunities which fit your interests and skills. Giving any where from one to
forty hours a week, volunteers make contributions of their time and talents in a variety of different ways:
  • Delivering meals to homebound elderly
  • Building houses for low income families
  • Mentoring and tutoring young people
  • Helping in food banks and homeless shelters
  • Participating in community crime prevention programs
  • Assisting in hospitals, nursing homes & hospice care centers
  • Protecting fragile rivers and forests
  • Teaching adults to read
  • Serving on advisory councils and boards
  • Assisting at museums, concerts & theaters
 
However you choose to serve, you can make a difference in your community.
